Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

• You may cancel an order anytime before it is confirmed by us.
• Consumers can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies.
• No refunds once certain services are started or delivered, including:
  • Domain registrations and renewals (once submitted to registry)
  • SSL certificates (once submitted to certificate authority)
  • WordPress plugins or software licenses after delivery of download or license key
  • Digital content/services provided with your prior consent
• Hosting: unused prepaid periods may be refunded pro-rata, minus a €36 handling fee.
• Prepaid credit can be refunded (subject to a handling fee of 5% / min €18–30) if unused.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
• Registry/issuer fees (e.g. for domains/SSL) are non-refundable once processing has begun.
